Patient: T.T.

Age:  3 months

T.T.was born at 28 weeks gestation and has spent the first three months of his life in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit on a ventilator for most of the time.  He is about ready for discharge.  Diagnostic ABR is ordered.

We have no data on otoscopy / tympanometry on file.
