Stepping Fakuda testing yielded turn less than 45 degrees.
Sensory organization testing showed within normal limit finding standing, and stepping forward eyes open. Sway was present on stepping forward eyes closed, and standing on foam eyes open. She tended to fall forward on foam, with eyes closed.
Fistula tests are negative (Valsalva and Toynbee). Vertebral artery screen is negative.
