The patient’s audiometric results are shown. Tympanometry was WNL.  Acoustic reflexes are absent in the  left contralateral condition.  ENT consult was recommended due to the asymmetry of the loss and the history of ear pain and dizziness.  VNG testing will be conducted before the patient sees an ENT.
