Vertebral artery screening test (VAST): negative with hyperextension of the neck and rotation of the head to either side.
Oculomotor testing: saccades and pendular pursuit tracking poorly formed.
Gaze testing: direction changing nystagmus with vision denied in all eccentric eye positions
High-frequency head shake: elicited low intensity left beating nystagmus
Positional testing: head and body right elicited left-beating nystagmus
Hallpike: negative for BPPV
