The audiogram shows bilaterally symmetrical sensorineural loss. Tympanograms are normal. Contralateral reflexes are absent bilaterally.
ABR shows prolonged conduction times AU at 21.1 clicks/second, and the morphology is poor at 77.7 clicks/second.
CD-VAT scores were 100% with no head movement, 48% with horizontal head movement, and 100% with vertical head movement.
VEMP is normal.
VNG oculomotor tests (saccade, OPK, smooth pursuit) are all abnormal.
Gaze testing, positional testing, high-frequency head shake and Hallpke are all normal.
Calorics show bilateral hypofunction. Total velocity right ear is 8 degrees/second; left is 7.
