The patient was referred to NSU Hearing and Balance Clinic for audiologic evaluation and vestibular evoked myogenic potentials testing.  She scored a 4 on the Dizziness Handicap Inventory and no abnormal anxiety or depression was noted given the responses to the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale.  Tymapnograms and reflex testing was conducted; however, the left ear would not seal adequately for reflex testing.
