The tympanograms are type A bilaterally. There was no note on whether acoustic reflex testing was conducted.
□ What do you think about the choice of 85 dB HL for word recognition testing? Is the score disproportionately low given the severity of the loss?
□ Obviously, reflex data would be helpful. Beyond that, although it’s not a major error, there is an error in the testing conducted. Can you find this problem?
