Transient OAE Data

 

The audiologist attempted immittance testing, but the baby was not yet asleep, and cried, and the seal could not be obtained.  Later, with the baby sucking on a pacifier, OAE data were obtained.

  • Using the criteria of OAE having to be greater than -5 dB SPL, and needing to have a signal-to-noise ratio of 6 dB or greater, at which frequencies are you observing an OAE, and where are you not seeing one?  (Click on the OAE to see the full image.  Opening it in a new tab may make it easier to view.)
