Hearing is normal in each ear except for a mildly depressed threshold for the left ear at 250 Hz.
Otoacoustic emissions (OAE) are present in the right ear at 1000-2000 Hz and at 8000 Hz but absent in the mid to high frequencies.
The left ear OAEs are present 1000-8000 Hz.
Tympanometry indicates normal middle ear pressure and compliance. Ipsilateral and contralateral acoustic reflexes are present at normal levels, except for right contralateral at 4000 Hz where the reflex is absent.
