Tympanograms are normal. The left 500 Hz ipsilateral reflex is present; right 500 is elevated.  The higher frequency reflexes are absent.

The OAE data are shown.

The findings do not rule out abnormal cochlear function at all frequencies.

• Where is there still a possibility of greater than mild hearing loss (which frequencies)?
• Prioritize the ABR testing runs and indicate why you set that prioritization.
