Patient BB is age 5. She is blind and has speech-language delay and developmental delay, but no other significant problems. She wears hearing aids, but will not condition to behavioral testing and is referred for sedated ABR testing to determine if the hearing aids need adjustment.
226 Hz tympanograms are normal. Ipsilateral reflexes are present at 500 and 1000 Hz; absent at 2000 and 4000 Hz. Contralateral reflexes are absent.
Click ABR was not conducted.
