If the audiologist was perfectly efficient, never stopped to examine traces before starting the next one, then these 40 runs, plus the OAE and immittance, could probably be done within an hour.  Let’s presume that it was safe to keep the child under sedation longer and/or if it was chloral hydrate sedation, that the child was not yet awake.
