□       The testing was conducted with insert earphones. Is the conductive component likely the result of a collapsing ear canal, a problem that the patient noted?  Is there a way you could see if the problem is worse if the ear canal is not propped open by an insert earphone?

□       What is a 10 most difficult items list, and what does the notation of discrim being greater than 90% mean?

□       What is the speech dynamic range in the right ear, and how would you classify it (reduced, normal)?  What does that point to, and is it consistent with audiometric findings or an oddity?
