Case 13

In the prior cases, you were told the reflex thresholds.  In this case, you are to determine the lowest intensity level that elicits a reflex.  Our clinic uses a repeatable .03 deflection as the threshold limit.  We typically will “erase” some traces to save printer paper; a subthreshold reflex was probably retested but not stored.

First, here are the tympanograms.  Note the irregularity to them, which suggests some patient movement.
