□ Other than to bill for the CPT code 92557 without worrying about a “reduced services” modifier, was there any reason to test bone in each ear? (You might want to search on common procedural terminology codes and modifier 52.)
□ The patient has some decrease in hearing in the high frequencies in each ear. Do you think the amount of loss is expected for her age? What type of site of lesion does one start to be concerned about if the loss is asymmetrical and high frequency?
