The patient reports having had stapedectomies bilaterally. He states that he has had an intermittent popping noise in the left ear, since surgery on that ear one year ago. The right ear surgery was 2 years ago. He thinks his hearing may have diminished slightly. He does not report any pain in the ears nor dizziness.
