Audiologist:  Now that Aiden has his hearing aids, and now that we know that the earmolds are comfortable, for optimal speech and language development, see that Aiden wears the hearing aids as much of the day as possible.  You may have to be firm with him, but it’s important to his language development that he be surrounded by good language examples through out his waking hours.
