This case was discussed in the Advanced Evoked Potentials section.  The child has received PE tube in the right ear.  Her ASSR audiogram is shown below.  There is a lot of unknown about this case. The click ABR is absent, confirming high-frequency hearing loss.  Let’s take up the fitting for this case now (follow up results are available, but let’s work from this point where all we have is the electrophysiology.)  Note that there was no present responses right, though there were a few responses in the right ear noted in an earlier ASSR evaluation.

Testing will be ongoing, but this child needs to be in trial amplification.
