Case history: Patient reported mastoiditis AS a year and a half before the evaluation date, which required hospitalization. She stated that she has had a fistula repair AS but that it did not improve her hearing.  She has constant tinnitus in the left ear, which is very bothersome.  She says she is occasionally off balance.
