Patient reports having had a stapedectomy in the right ear 10 years ago with good results and has noticed decreased hearing particularly in the left ear recently. She has occasional tinnitus and aural fullness, bilaterally.  She denies otalgia.  Significant illness is limited to several occasions of pneumonia.

Otoscopy

Unremarkable.
