Patient History

This male has had bilateral stapedectomies, the right ear done 11-12 years ago and then redone a year later; the left was operated on about 8 years ago.  He reports that he is experiencing decreased hearing in his left ear.  He denies otalgia, dizziness; his tinnitus is in the left ear and is increasing as the hearing deteriorates.

Otoscopy

Audiologist findings unremarkable.
