He was last seen 10 years ago at which time he was experiencing dizziness, and audiometry showed a bilateral high-frequency loss, with a left conductive overlay in the low and mid frequencies.  He reports that his hearing loss was of gradual onset, and he is unsure if it has changed since his last evaluation.  He had tried hearing aids in the past and had not been satisfied.

Otoscopy

Left ear TM looks clinically abnormal to the audiologist.
