There is no complaint of hearing loss, but of bilateral, progressively worsening tinnitus, which sounds like crickets, and has been noted in the past two years.  She says that she had bronchitis at the time the tinnitus began.  She has had unsteadiness problems for the last 11 years, which she associates with her thyroid problems. She has a history of sinus and allergy problems.  She had changed elevations yesterday and has been trying to “clear her ears” ever since
