Age: 12 months

C.K. has left facial weakness.  He was tested under sedation.  OAEs were attempted, but the data were noise contaminated.  The report notes that the oxygen mask and system were producing considerable ambient noise.  The ear canals were clean.  Immittance testing, if conducted, was not reported.
