The first ASSR on 12/6 yielded limited results. The left ear, air conduction, had 60-70 dB threshold estimations. Further testing could not be competed due to the infant awakening.
Based on the tymanograms, she was referred to her pediatrician, who sent her on to ENT. VS received myringotomy/tympanostomy tube unilaterally on 12/11. She was then seen on 12/12 for repeat ASSR testing.
As shown, there is limited evidence of hearing by air conduction, but some responses by bone conduction.
