Patient: L.K.

Age: 53

L.K. is a developmentally delayed adult who lives in a residential facility.  She has a history of middle ear infections and cerumen obstruction.  She was seen in February.  There was non-occluding cerumen accumulation.  Her tympanograms are as shown.

And her audiogram is as shown below.  She was referred for medical management with follow up retesting.
