Case 12

Patient:  M.S.

This baby boy failed his neonatal screening and follow-up screening.  Birth and medical history are unremarkable. There is no history of familial hearing loss.

He was tested at a local hospital in natural sleep and was diagnosed with hearing loss. Those results are on a separate tab.  He was referred to NSU for ASSR testing and for pediatric amplification services.
